Announcement: New Friends Center Relationship!

I'm pleased to inform you that we have started a new rehearsal arrangement this upcoming year with the Quakers Friends Center on 15th and Cherry!  For the 2012-2013 season, almost 90% of our rehearsals will be held at this location in a variety of rooms (including the one seen above).  Not only is this building in a great central location, but there is an easily accessible (and cheap!) parking garage across the street as well as public transportation access.  I also hope that this stability will make it easier on everyone's schedules.

Rehearsal 2 - Saturday, Sept. 22, 1 to 4 PM
Yom Kippur Evening - Tuesday, Sept 25, call 5 PM
Yom Kippur Morning and Afternoon - Wednesday, Sept. 26, call TBD

Job Opportunity - Bass Section Leader

A bass section leader is needed at Christ Church (Episcopal), Ridley Park, PA (about 10 minutes from Philadelphia). The time commitment for this position is one Thursday night rehearsal and one Sunday morning service, with a warm-up before. The position pays $100 per week ($50 per appearance). Applicants must have good sight reading skills and will have opportunities for solos.
